CCTV Survey Services provides CCTV surveying
services across a broad spectrum of industry, from superstores to
working on main sewers. As such we bring a skills base and breadth of

Our CCTV activities fall into three
categories’ –
Fault detection
– responding to a known blockage/incident to identify the fault type and
appropriate repair method
New install
– verification of a
pipes integrity prior to utility adoption or client handover
Existing pipe – preventative maintenance, verification of asset for potential problems, handover to new owner or pollution prevention/environmental management verification.

increasingly to their individual and corporate responsibilities with
regard to the environment – the verification of a Facilities/Depot
drainage is becoming a essential management function, usually as part of
a ISO14001 accreditation (or similar) commitment by a company. We can
offer a comprehensive service that can assist clients with their
commitment to an Environmental Impact study whether this is an
initiative in relation to a formal Environmental Management System or as
part of general pollution prevention measures.
Preventative maintenance on a
Facilities/Depot drainage via the utilization of CCTV gives clients a
record of their asset, a baseline for its condition; and potentially
addresses some important environmental issues such as the verification
of a surface water outfall into a watercourse, or the existence of a
combined foul and surface water system – it can also identify problems
that with suitable remedial action should prevent flooding or pollution
in the future.

The service we offer can be flexible to meet a clients needs, costs per day typically vary from about £450 depending on the equipment required as part of the CCTV survey, most jobs only take a few hours not a full day so most customers pay less than the full day rate.
We charge a fair
hourly rate based on location and time on site. Please note that some
drainage systems may require Jetting prior to a survey – this can
usually be ascertained during our initial site assessment.

vehicle carries a full range of safety equipment including gas monitors,
safety harness and ropes and full personal protection allowing all
operations relating to the CCTV surveying to be carried out in
accordance with health and safety regulations.
We
operate a fleet of CCTV pipeline inspection vehicles fully
equipped with the latest in digital camera technology which enables
surveying of pipes as small as 3 inch diameter up to the largest of
culverts.
We can
pinpoint from above ground the exact location of hidden manholes,
unknown drain pipes, damaged or fractured pipes, unmoveable blockages or
simply create a site plan of the drainage system, when one is not
already available to you.
We have the latest CCTV equipment
on our vehicles to assist our engineers to diagnose any potential
problem within the drain or pipe. The Camera is pushed or driven along
the pipe while the engineer watches a coloured picture on the TV
monitor. If any defects are found the engineer will stop the camera and
type what they have seen onto a screen writer. Once the survey has
finished, the engineer will remove the recorded video or DVD (if
required) and return it to the office for a full drain report to be
produced and further fault analysis.

only used for fault finding once a problem has been identified, it is
now very common practice for potential home purchasers to request a
